*Interest rates from as low as 0 % on Approval of Credit (“OAC”) to 29.99 % Approved Percentage Rate (“APR”). All interest rates are subject to the third party financier eligibility requirements; for those eligible, a promotional rate of 0% OAC may be received. All third party financier rates are subject to their terms and conditions stated within their applicable finance agreement. Provided that the customer makes all finance payments under the third party finance agreement on time as required under the terms of that agreement, the customer is eligible for a specified mail in rebate for each O Mattress™ mattress purchased from O Mattress™ as follows: Single Mattress: $100.00; Double Mattress: $200.00; Queen Mattress: $400.00; or King Mattress: $500.00. In order to receive the rebate, the customer is required to use the rebate application process on the O Mattress™ website to apply for the rebate from O Mattress™ within the thirty (30) day period following the third year anniversary of the date of the sales agreement. Failure to apply within the thirty (30) day period, or to meet all of the payment obligations on time under the finance agreement, will result in the customer not being eligible for the rebate. This rebate is only available for customers who finance their mattresses with the third party financier.
The APR: The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 29.99% is calculated from the cost of the O Mattress™ mattress, bed frame or furnishings. The APR and the payments are for a finance loan based on a 36 month term with a first payment and down payment, and recurring bi-weekly payments. The finance loans are open, and can be repaid and closed at any time without any extra fees or penalties. Extension of credit is based on the credit guidelines of third party finance companies and lenders.
The O Mattress™ mattress comes with a 20 year limited warranty. Each mattress or bed frame is subject to 600 pound (272 kilograms) weight restriction distributed across the mattress or bed frame. O Mattress™ offers free shipping to most of Canada, with delivery usually to your door. There may be an additional shipping charge to the territories and some remote locations. O Mattress™ does not accept the return of mattresses, bed frames or furnishings once the box or packaging has been opened. Please read and review carefully all documents, disclosures, and terms and conditions prior to completing and signing of the O Mattress™ Canada sales agreement and the third party financing agreement. You may choose not to have the third party lender conduct a credit check in order to assess an application for credit. Once you have such a loan or other credit facility with the third party lender, that lender may from time to time disclose your information to other lenders and credit reporting agencies, such as TransUnion and Equifax, seeking such information, which helps establish your credit history and supports the credit granting and processing functions in general. If you have a credit product with the third party lender, you may not withdraw your credit consent.
