Omni Mattress credit department is currently seeking professional customer service agents to join our fast-paced call centre team full-time. You will be responsible for high volumes of
inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential customers looking for credit solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fast computer data entry skills and able to work with our proprietary platforms.
  • Must be able to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience in sales, retention, or collections is a plus.
  • Must have excellent command of English, French is considered an asset, but not required.
  • Must be able to commit to intensive full-time training
  • Applicants must have a flexible with work schedule and be able to work possible evenings and/or weekends.
  • Applicants must be eager to succeed and focused on exceeding company’s expectations.

    • DUTIES:

  • Ensure inbound calls are answered in a professional and courteous manner and established procedures are adhered to without failure.
  • You will be providing outstanding customer service for Canadians who wish to purchase our Furniture through our exclusive finance and credit programs.
  • Ensure that proper evaluation and underwriting techniques are utilized to company standards.
  • You will be assisting new and prospective customers and providing common sense security and safety solutions.

    Job Type:Full-time

    Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
